Vitara & Grand Vitara 1988-2005 50mm Extended Bump Stop Kit
 
Here we offer a different and simple alternative to a 50mm body lift kit when installing tires larger then 29".
 
This extended bump stop kit allows 31 inch tyres to fit on the SE and SV series Suzuki Vitara when fitted to 15x7 -12 steel rims.
 
This kit also works in the SQ series Grand Vitara 1998-2005 but won't allow 31 inch tyres without rubbing due to no aftermarket steel rims available to change the off-set.
 
We Highly recommend also installing one of our suspension lift kits to increase ground clearance and to increase the down travel of the suspension using extended struts and shock absorbers. Our suspension kits alone don't allow for tyres bigger than 29 inch unless combined with either this bump stop extension kit or a 50mm body lift kit.
 
This combination kit, some small hammering to the rear lower section of the front wheel arches and adjusting Steering lock stops means you can fit big 31 inch tyres! 
 
To install: Remove your springs and unscrew your original bump stop then screw in your new extended bump stops and re-assemble.
